PLEASE REACH OUT AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE IT AND WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE. YOU ARE ALLOWED TO DO SO ONLINE THOUGH YOUR APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION TEXT BY CLICKING THE "MAKE CHANGES" LINK. YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT 2 TIMES, AFTER THAT YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED.

NO SHOW

NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF SERVICE PRICE. THIS APPLIES TO ALL SERVICES, INCLUDING ADD-ONS AND CONSULTS.

LATE TO APPOINTMENT

IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINS LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE OR SERVICE DURATION WILL BE SHORTENED.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

REFUNDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON SERVICES OR RETAIL PRODUCTS. IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH A SERVICE OR PRODUCT PURCHASED, PLEASE REACH OUT TO ME AND I
WILL DO MY BEST TO MAKE IT RIGHT.

IF PRODUCT PURCHASED HAS CAUSED A SKIN REACTION AND YOU ARE UNABLE TO CONTINUE USE, YOU CAN EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT (ONLY ONCE) OR CREDIT THE PURCHASE PRICE TOWARDS A FUTURE SERVICE WITH ME.
